The present terms and conditions govern the use of the website and the services offered by S.A.R.L. MONACO PRESTIGE LIMOUSINES, located at 15, BD Rainier III, Le Zodiaque, 98000 Monaco, registered under number RCI 08S04852.

By accessing this site or using our services, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Services

Monaco Prestige Limousines offers chauffeur-driven transportation services, including :

-Transfers to and from Nice airport

-Private and business travel

Long-distance travel in Europe

Tailor-made services for special events

3. Reservations

All bookings made via our website are subject to validation. Once the reservation has been made and payment confirmed, we process your request and send you a final confirmation by e-mail.

Monaco Prestige Limousines reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of unavailability or technical problems.

4. Rates and payment

The prices displayed on our site are in euros and include VAT.

A 20% surcharge applies to services with pick-up between 8pm and 8am. This surcharge is automatically included in the rate at the time of booking.

-Payment is due in full at the time of booking via our secure systems.

-In the event of additional costs (prolonged wait, change of itinerary), these will be invoiced separately after agreement with the customer.

5. Cancellation and refund

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to contact@mpl.mc or by telephone on +377 97 97 94 47.

Bookings cancelled less than 36 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.

-Cancellations received before this time will be refunded in full, subject to applicable bank charges.

6. Customer’s obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information at the time of booking.

The customer must be punctual at the agreed pick-up point. A delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notification may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service without refund.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.

7. Obligations of Monaco Prestige Limousines

We are committed to providing a safe, professional service that complies with current standards.

In the event of delay or impossibility of service due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, breakdown, weather conditions), we will immediately inform the customer and propose an alternative solution.

8. Liability

Monaco Prestige Limousines cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic jams, strikes, weather conditions).

We are not responsible for items left or lost in our vehicles.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos and images, is the exclusive property of Monaco Prestige Limousines and is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal data

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable laws.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Monegasque law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Monaco.
